CHALLENGE: Revamp social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and adjust marketing efforts to appeal to target market. Refocus and create new management and communication strategy for Influencer and Affiliate relations to increase brand awareness, user-generated content, and affiliate sign-ups.
PROCESS:
• Create new marketing strategy where goal is to increase brand awareness for target market, increase engagement and communication with target market, and create content aimed towards this demographic.
• Reengage with past influencers, discover new influencers, and manage ordering of product samples as well as follow up and managing user-generated content.
• Communicate with event planners and businesses for product donations and manage execution to ensure timely shipment and increase brand awareness.

RESULTS:
• In the first month of managing social media, increase average engagement 63.4%, average post likes 51.3%, average comments 94.9%, average impressions 45%, and average reach 61.6%. Doubled sales by social referral from the previous month.
• Renewed expiring affiliates and signed up new affiliates under new management system.
