CHALLENGE: Building a brand and online presence for new skincare company that stands out from the competition. Creating a digital marketing strategy to promote launch of company and products, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales to website.

PROCESS:
• Market research, competitor and target market analysis.
• Worked with professional designer on branding and identity design experience.
• Assist in the creation of Shopify website, SEO copy, and imagery.
• Content creation and photoshoot management for branded product and lifestyle content, to be used for social media and website; includes shot list creation, location and prop scouting, wardrobe, communicating with models and crew, lighting, photography, image editing and optimization, and organization.
• Building and executing a social media and influencer marketing strategy for Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness, gain organic followers, and drive traffic to website.
• Creation of internal documents, systems, and processes for handling social media platforms, campaigns, outreach, and customer service.

RESULTS:
• Grew Instagram following to 1600+ followers in the first 6 months of social media presence.
• 525 average monthly website sessions via social referral.
• Grew influencer PR list to 30+ skincare enthusiasts on Instagram in first 3 months of product launch.
